Mark Marriott has over 20 years experience as a solicitor dealing with family matters. Before practising as a lawyer Mark had worked as a welfare rights officer and was a qualified social worker.
He has been an accredited specialist in children matters since 2000. Mark specialises in representing parents in care proceedings and Public Law matters however complex or serious those cases may be.
He is well known for his expert client care through these most difficult times and is dedicated to helping parents to achieve the best possible outcomes. As the senior partner, Mark has overall responsibility for the family department.
Ludwika joined Phillips Solicitors in 2020 and has experience in a range of legal areas. She manages her own case load and also assists Mark.
