Mark has over 20 years experience as a solicitor dealing with family matters. Before practising as a lawyer Mark had worked as a welfare rights officer and was a qualified social worker. He has been an accredited specialist in children matters since 2000. Mark specialises in representing parents in care proceedings and Public Law matters however complex or serious those cases may be. He is well known for his expert client care through these most difficult times and is dedicated to helping parents to achieve the best possible outcomes. As the senior partner, Mark has overall responsibility for the family department.

Danielle Taylor joined Phillips Solicitors in 2021 as a Paralegal in our Family Department. Danielle Graduated from University in 2014 after completing her LLB with Honours and the Legal Practice Course. After taking some time out to start a family, Danielle has worked in family law since 2018. She has particular experience in divorce, finances, private law children matters both legally aided and private.

Danielle has previously volunteered at the Citizens Advice  and has completed two mini-pupillages at the Crown Court giving her a well-rounded knowledge of various areas of law. In her spare time Danielle enjoys baking, going for walks and spending time with her little boy.

Ludwika joined Phillips Solicitors in 2020 and has experience in a range of legal areas. She manages her own case load and also assists both Mark and Danielle.
