Paige Tugby
Solicitor, Crime and Family
Paige is a solicitor working across our Crime and Family departments. She joined us in July 2021 and represents clients at different stages of criminal and family proceedings.
Paige completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in 2024, having previously completed the Bar Professional Training Course in 2022. She is also an accredited police station representative and holds an LLB in Law with Australian Law.
Before joining us, Paige worked in several legal and support roles. These included advising people following arrest, providing general legal advice and supporting witnesses through the court process. She also spent time in Florida working on a death penalty case and, while in Australia, worked as a paralegal in a Youth Justice Centre.
Paige particularly enjoys representing clients from the beginning of a case through to its conclusion. She has a particular interest in representing young people and is continuing to develop her work in care proceedings.
She enjoys helping clients understand and navigate what can be a difficult and unfamiliar legal system, while working towards the best possible outcome for them.
Outside work, Paige volunteers to support vulnerable groups and spends time looking after her collection of animals, including chickens, pigs, cats and dogs.
