New Wills

We charge £200 plus VAT (£40 at 20% totalling £240) for an individual will or £350 plus VAT (£70 at 20% totalling £420) for joint wills.

Amending Wills

We only amend a Will if the original Will was made by us. If the Will was made elsewhere, we will have to draft a new will at the above rates.

We charge £125 plus VAT (£25 at 20% totalling £150) for amending a will.

Severing a tenancy

Dependant on the contents of your will, it may be necessary for a tenancy to be severed. We only sever a tenancy if the Will is made by us and we will advise you if this is required.

Home Visits

We offer home visits at a rate of £140 plus VAT (£28 at 20% totalling £168) plus mileage at a rate of 45p per mile.
