Gisele Sudnik

Solicitor, Equity Partner and Head of Conveyancing

Gisele Sudnik is a Solicitor, Equity Partner and our Head of Conveyancing. She leads the department and has helped clients with residential property transactions for over two decades.

Gisele joined Phillips Solicitors in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She holds an LLB (Hons), achieved in 2001, before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2002. Gisele is based at the firm’s Shirebrook office and also regularly meets with clients at the Mansfield office.

Having spent the majority of her career with Phillips Solicitors, Gisele has built extensive experience in residential conveyancing and has become a well-known and trusted adviser to clients across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. She advises on a wide range of property transactions and oversees the day-to-day operation of the firm’s Conveyancing Department.

Gisele enjoys helping clients through every stage of the home-moving process. She understands that buying or selling a property is often one of the largest and most important transactions people undertake and recognises the pressures that can come with it.

Her approach focuses on providing clear advice, practical guidance and reassurance throughout the transaction. She is committed to maintaining the high standards of client care for which Phillips Solicitors has become known. Her experience, attention to detail and approachable manner have helped her build long-standing relationships with clients, many of whom return to the firm for future property transactions and recommend its services to family and friends.

Outside of work, Gisele enjoys following football and Formula One and attending theatre productions and concerts.
