Donna Hawkins is a Fee Earner in the Wills & Probate Department. Having joined the firm in 1998, Donna has built an exceptional level of experience through more than two decades of dedicated service, helping clients with a wide range of wills, probate and estate administration matters.

Since joining the firm, she has dedicated her career to developing her knowledge and expertise within the Wills & Probate Department, gaining extensive practical experience across all areas of private client work. Over the years, Donna has assisted clients with all aspects of wills and probate, helping individuals and families plan for the future, administer estates and navigate what can often be difficult and emotional circumstances. Her many years of experience allow her to provide clients with practical guidance, clear explanations, and reassurance throughout the process.

Wills and probate work has always been a particular area of interest for Donna. She values the opportunity to build relationships with clients and understands the importance of taking the time to listen carefully to their concerns and objectives. Whether helping someone put a will in place or guiding a family through the administration of an estate, she is committed to providing a supportive and professional service.

What Donna enjoys most about her role is working directly with people. She believes that good communication is essential and takes pride in explaining matters clearly and patiently until clients fully understand their options. Her approachable nature and strong people skills help clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident that they are receiving the support they need.

Donna’s length of service and wealth of experience have made her a valued and trusted member of the Phillips Solicitors team. Having spent the majority of her legal career with the firm, she has helped generations of clients and continues to provide the personal service and attention to detail for which the firm is known.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys reading, crocheting, gardening, and spending time with her granddaughter.
