Trainee Conveyancer, Conveyancing Department

Alex Lindsey-Hill is a Trainee Conveyancer in the Conveyancing Department. Primarily based at the firm’s Shirebrook office, he assists clients with a wide range of residential property transactions and is currently working towards qualification as a CLC Registered Conveyancer.

Alex joined Phillips Solicitors in 2022 after completing his LLB (Bachelor of Laws). His journey with the firm began when he undertook work experience with us and following this, he was offered a temporary paid position before securing a role within the Conveyancing Department. Since then, he has progressed into a fee-earning position and continues to develop his knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.

Over the last several years, Alex has gained valuable practical experience assisting clients with residential property transactions. Working alongside experienced members of the conveyancing team, he has developed a strong understanding of the home-moving process and the importance of keeping transactions progressing smoothly for clients.

Alex has a particular interest in all aspects of conveyancing and enjoys being involved in what is often one of the most important milestones in a client’s life. Whether a client is purchasing their first home, moving to a new property or expanding their property portfolio, he enjoys helping them navigate the process and reach their goal successfully.

His approach is focused on providing clear communication, practical support and a friendly service throughout the transaction. He understands that buying or selling a property can be both exciting and stressful and believes that keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process is key to achieving a positive experience.

When he is not assisting clients with their property transactions, he can often be found keeping up with the latest motorsport and football action.
