Mark has over 20 years experience as a solicitor dealing with family matters. Before practising as a lawyer Mark had worked as a welfare rights officer and was a qualified social worker. He has been an accredited specialist in children matters since 2000. Mark specialises in representing parents in care proceedings and Public Law matters however complex or serious those cases may be. He is well known for his expert client care through these most difficult times and is dedicated to helping parents to achieve the best possible outcomes. As the senior partner, Mark has overall responsibility for the family department.
Danielle conducts all areas of matrimonial law and has worked for local firms for the last 16 years. Danielle is an associate legal executive and is currently studying to become chartered. She is a member of Resolution and specialises in representing parents in Private Law and Public Law proceedings. Danielle is also a trained Ambassador for ‘Women’s Aid Ask Me’. Danielle’s compassionate and sensitive approach gives her a particular interest in dealing with vulnerable clients and issues concerning domestic abuse. Danielle also has experience in dealing with matters with an international element having represented clients in relation to The Hague Convention.
